Shipping policy

Made-to-order fulfillment
RTHLNG products are made to order. This means an item is produced after you place your order. Production time is separate from the time it takes the carrier to deliver your package.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates
Most RTHLNG products include free shipping. Otherwiser available shipping options and their costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Production time, the destination, carrier delays, holidays, and customs processing may affect when your order arrives.

Where we ship
We currently ship to the US. If shipping is unavailable for your address or an item in your cart, you’ll see the available options at checkout.

Multiple packages
Items in the same order may be produced or shipped separately. If that happens, your packages may arrive on different days.

Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout, when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a carrier receives the package.

International orders
We do not yet support international orders.

Address issues and delivery problems
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at rthlnghq@rthlng.space. Because made-to-order items can move into production quickly, we can’t guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed. If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us at rthlnghq@rthlng.space with your order number so we can help.
